Originally from Ukiah, California, Sarah Timm, is a costume designer and technician currently living in Orange County, California. While growing up, she performed in theater, choir and dance onstage. With guidance from her mother, she began making her own clothes and altering clothing in high school. After studying Fashion Design and Theater Costume Design at FIDM, she is working as a design assistant, costume designer and first-hand stitcher in various theaters in Orange County, which includes South Coast Repertory.
Being a part of the geek couture world with its impact and diversity where people are expressing themselves and appreciating pop culture creatively and free of being judged makes Sarah very proud. Sarah would like to thank her parents and sister/fabric adviser, Anna, for their support.
