Sarah Hambly has been sewing ever since she was young, to wear for riding and rodeo events, and in 2014 she was selected to dress the Barrel Racing World Champion for the National Rodeo finals. After graduating from Academy of Art University she showed small couture, and semi-couture collections at Reno and San Francisco Fashion Weeks. She hopes in the future to study further at Central Saint Martins school of fashion. Her work can be found on Instagram at @officialhambly
Her entry this year was inspired by Marvel’s Black Panther, combining traditional African designs with elements of Black Panther’s suit.
