Self-taught designer, geek, and all-around giant dork, Adria Renee is from San Diego, California. She grew up in a home full of strong, artistic women, and constantly felt everything feminine and beautiful was powerful. Feeling comfortable with the fact that she has always been a girly-girl, she enjoyed playing dress up, longer than accepted socially, (and continues to play dress up). Adrian entered The Her Universe Fashion Show in 2015, finding a wonderful group of people with a similar mindset. It was her first experience designing and sewing. That opportunity made her realize that she had found what she needed to combine her love of fashion and being a fan together making them both empowering and fun.
